Now only i got the link and came to know about this song in a album Madai Thiranthu from my friend :-) . Its a tamil remix song.... very nice to hear :-). I think the original old song was composed by our maestro Illayaraja... I used to hear this song frequently and started searching to get the whole album songs ;-)
