For example if u want change the mp3 format to m4a format, click batch button ----> add file ---> Next -----> Batch script file name -----> select the type of file u want to convert ----> finish

I dont know whether you know about this process or not. If not means just try with this. It is nothing but creating our own Icons used for shortcuts in our system. The following points are the process to create......

Launch Paint from the All Programs | Accessories menu.
Pull down the Image menu and select the Attributes command.
In the Attributes dialog box, type 32 in both the Width and Height boxes and click OK.
To make the image easier to work with, click the Magnifier tool and select the level 8 magnification setting.
Press [Ctrl]G to add gridlines.
Use the tools and colors to create your icon.
Press [Ctrl]S and save the file with an ICO extension.

This tip applies to both Windows XP Home and Windows XP Professional. Hope it will be useful for u :-)

Today i went to attend the seminar "Advantage IT" conducted by the combination of such companies which was held in Leela palace hotel bangalore. It was very very nice ( iam telling about the hotel :-) ). Yup bcoz i dont know anything about the concept of SAP.But the focus of seminar is mainly about SAP. Leela palace hotel was amazing and look like a real palace. Anyway there is one more Event is going to held on next month. Hope i could able to attend that too......

Today i went to koti Lingeshwara temple.Its my first bike travel for a long journey of 6 hrs. The temple was very nice. As it name implies the temple authorities are going to place 1 crore Lingam. Right now it was around in lakhs. One of the beautiful place......

It was around 90 kms from bangalore. 30 kms from kolar. But there is less bus facilities for this temple.

Today I had an invitation for Hikut from my friend. This is the same thing what orkut is doing. It is also the connectivity among the peoples. The only major difference between this and orkut is live chat. We can do live chat here and lots of options are there which was difficult to orkut. But I don’t know whether it will be become popular or not….
